Asst Manager – Projects & Maintenance

Location: [Delhi NCR] | CTC: ₹6.0 – 7.0 LPA | Reports to: Founder

Role

Drive new store fit-outs from handover to opening by coordinating between malls, our design agency and contractors — and keep the existing 70+ outlet network operationally maintained.

Responsibilities

- Single point of coordination between mall project teams and our design agency
- Drive the approval funnel: drawing submission, MEP/structural sign-off, fire NOC, work permits, gate passes, barricading, debris and night-work compliance
- Maintain a live tracker for every project — submission date, expected response date, current status; flag slippage immediately
- Coordinate contractors and vendors against agreed milestones; run site QC before handover
- Manage fit-out completion certification and recovery of mall security/fit-out deposits




- Own the R&M; ticket queue across all outlets — closure SLA, escalation, AMC panel management
- Maintain equipment AMC schedule and preventive maintenance calendar

Key skills

- 3–5 years in retail/F&B; store projects or facility management (multi-outlet)
- Hands-on experience with mall fit-out approval processes and mall project teams
- Able to read layouts and MEP drawings well enough to coordinate design authorship sits with our agency
- Solid follow-up discipline; comfortable chasing external parties daily
- Vendor and contractor management; basic commercial understanding
- Excel/tracker discipline; willing to travel to sites

- Note: Commercial lease terms and rent negotiation are not part of this role.
