Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Associate US IT Recruiters to join our US Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in US IT Recruitment and work in an international recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for US IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and understand US staffing processes, technologies, employment types, and recruitment practices.




- Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills
- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/BCA/BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of computers and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Robust learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
