Responsibilities:
- Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and support daily platform operations
- Manage client projects involving hedge fund custodians and administrators, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Train associate-level consultants and act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Monitor and manage case queue, ensuring effective prioritization and timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Development and Project Management to resolve bugs and improve client satisfaction
- Advocate for product enhancements to support scalability and evolving client requirements
- Support client troubleshooting aligned with incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment processes
- Work closely with R&D; teams to provide feedback on product supportability and platform quality
