Role Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Type: Individual Contributor (Field Sales)

Locations: Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad

As an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing, you will drive student enrollments by engaging with schools, parents, and students. This is a field-based role that involves travel, relationship building, and end-to-end customer engagement—from free trial enrollment to paid subscription conversion and retention.

Compensation

- Probation (First 2 Months): ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance
- Post-Probation: 7 LPA
- ₹5 LPA Fixed
- ₹2 LPA Performance Variable
- Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Build partnerships and activate schools.
- Promote UPRIO's learning platform to students and parents.
- Enroll students into free trial programs.
- Convert trial users into paid subscribers.




- Manage customer follow-ups, renewals, and retention.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
