Associate Project Manager – Marketing Art Operations

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO or a similar role.

- Prior experience in a Game Studio, Creative Agency, Digital Marketing, Media Production, or Design Operations environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

- Plan, track, and coordinate end-to-end execution of project deliverables

- Ensure timely delivery of projects in alignment with release schedules, business priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation plans.

- Perform root cause analysis for schedule deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Resource Planning & Operations

- Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple workstreams based on priority, workload, and skillset.

- Monitor team bandwidth and utilization to ensure effective delivery while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Coordinate onboarding, knowledge transfer, and transition activities for new resources and backfills.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary coordination point between Product, Marketing, QA, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

- Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, priorities, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts.

Reporting & Governance

- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, KPIs, resource reports, and management summaries for leadership.





- Maintain project schedules, documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project records using JIRA, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office.

- Ensure compliance with defined project governance, workflows, and approval processes.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

- Drive standardization of project management processes across Marketing Art workstreams.

- Recommend and implement best practices to improve turnaround time, quality, and stakeholder experience.

AI Adoption & Operational Excellence

- Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across project workflows, including reporting, quality checks, and process automation.

- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time through AI tools and automation.

- Collaborate with Technology and Innovation teams to evaluate and implement scalable AI solutions.

- Promote continuous learning and adoption of AI capabilities across the team.

Communication & Collaboration

- Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, sprint reviews, follow-ups, and action tracking.

- Foster strong collaboration across distributed teams and establish effective communication channels.





- Communicate project priorities, risks, timelines, and expectations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project lifecycle management, resource planning, and operational governance.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

- Excellent planning, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in project metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

- Knowledge of AI-powered productivity and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI creative tools, workflow automation platforms) is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Project Management certification.

- Experience in Game Development, iGaming, Digital Marketing, Creative Studios, or Media Production.

- Experience driving process automation, operational excellence

- Exposure to resource planning, capacity management, and stakeholder management across global teams.
