​Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and business-minded Associate Product Manager to join our core product team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, user experience, and technical execution. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, software engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to discover, define, and deliver high-impact software solutions.

​This role is tailored for candidates with an MBA in Finance or HR who can leverage their functional domain expertise—whether in financial modeling, pricing logic, accounting flows, workforce management, or organizational workflows—to shape enterprise-grade products.

​Key Responsibilities

​Product Discovery & Requirements: Translate complex business, financial, or HR processes into clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

​Domain Strategy & Analysis: Utilize your finance or HR background to analyze workflows, compliance standards, and user pain points to design intuitive product features.

​Sprint Execution: Partner closely with engineering and QA teams during agile sprints to ensure backlog grooming, prioritize feature releases, and clarify functional specifications.

​Market & Competitor Research: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.

​Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track key product metrics (adoption rates, feature usage, user retention) and utilize insights to iterate on core product capabilities.

​Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, customer success,



and implementation teams to ensure smooth product rollouts, release documentation, and user enablement.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: MBA with a specialization in Finance or Human Resources (HR) from a recognized institution.

​Experience: 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, tech consulting, or related software domain functions (fresh MBA graduates with relevant project/internship experience are welcome to apply).

​Technical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

​Domain Strengths:

​For Finance graduates: Solid grasp of accounting principles, financial workflows, billing systems, pricing models, or ERP systems.

​For HR graduates: Clear understanding of payroll processing, talent management, attendance/leave workflows, HRMS platforms, or labor compliance.

​Analytical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and workflow wireframing.

​Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

​Preferred Skills

​Experience with product management and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Figma.

​Familiarity with SQL or basic database concepts for data-driven decision making.

​Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise ERP, POS, or specialized business workflow platforms.
