: Associate Producer Job Title: Associate Producer Department: Production Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the end-toend execution of creative projects across films, digital content, brand campaigns, commercials, and social media. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in planning and executing video, photography, digital, and branded content productions.

 Coordinate with Creative, Accounts, Direction, Post-Production, and Client Servicing teams throughout the project lifecycle.

 Prepare production schedules, call sheets, shooting plans, and project timelines.

 Manage vendor, freelancer, and production crew coordination.

 Support location scouting, permissions, equipment rentals, and production logistics.

 Track project budgets, quotations, invoices, and production expenses.  Ensure timely procurement of production resources and services.

 Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.

 Coordinate shoot-day operations and ensure smooth on-ground execution.

 Liaise with post-production teams to track edits, feedback, revisions, and final deliveries.

 Maintain production documentation, contracts, release forms, and project records.

 Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and agency processes.

Preferred Qualifications

 5+ years of experience in a production house, advertising agency, or creative communication agency.

 Experience handling commercial shoots, brand films, digital campaigns, or social media productions.

 Familiarity with production budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
