Role: Associate Manager Digital Transformation - SAP S4 Hana

Employment Type: Full Time

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with SAP S/4HANA/FICO certifications preferred.

Work Experience: 3–6 years of SAP experience, including hands-on S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and post-go-live support, preferably with experience in Finance transformation and process automation.

Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Manager role to own our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape after go-live.

The role involves keeping the system running: be the person business teams come to when something breaks, and resolve it quickly and permanently, replace manual workarounds with automated reports and workflows, and make SAP the single source of truth for Ind AS-compliant,

audit-ready financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Resolve SAP issues and keep the system stable (core responsibility).
- Design and deliver automated reports and dashboards using standard SAP reporting, Fiori apps, embedded analytics/CDS views, Report Painter, query tools or SAP Analytics Cloud - replacing recurring manual MIS preparation.
- Identify the manual, offline and Excel-based workarounds that teams have built around SAP, and systematically bring that work back into the system.
- Automate recurring processes: approval workflows, auto-postings, scheduled background jobs, exception and alert reports, and automated distribution of periodic reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure SAP-generated data fully supports Ind AS-compliant financial statements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality.

Desirable Skills & Certifications:
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, including meaningful post-go-live support experience on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud; at least one full implementation lifecycle is preferred.
- Strong functional depth in SAP FICO,



with working knowledge of MM/SD/PS and their integration points with Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to build reports and automation independently - Fiori apps, CDS views, Report Painter, query tools, SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ownership mindset to stay with a problem until it is closed
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integrations.
- Proficiency in database management and data migration.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.

Candidate Acumen SAP S/4HANA transformation professional with strong FICO expertise, post-go-live support experience, process automation, reporting/analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management, capable of owning and continuously improving the SAP Public Cloud landscape.
