Hiring | Associate Manager HR | Plant HR

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR qualified to join our manufacturing team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MSW – HR preferred

Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive / Steel / Foundry / Forging / Heavy Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Plant HR & shop-floor HR operations
- Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER)
- Blue-collar & contract labour management
- Manpower planning & recruitment
- Labour law & statutory compliance
- Grievance and disciplinary handling
- Attendance, payroll inputs & HR MIS
- Employee engagement, training & welfare
- Contractor management and HR audits

What we're looking for:

Strong Plant HR experience

Hands-on exposure to blue-collar workforce

Contract labour & statutory compliance experience

Exposure to IR/unionized environments preferred

Good communication & stakeholder management skills

Tamil & English proficiency preferred
