We are looking for a motivated Associate Functional Consultant (CRM)- US Shift with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support global clients and assist in software implementation projects.

What You'll Do

- Interact with international clients to understand business requirements.
- Configure and implement software solutions based on client needs.
- Resolve customer queries and support requests.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Assist clients throughout implementation and go-live stages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze business processes and recommend suitable solutions.

What We're Looking For




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a client-facing, implementation, support, or consulting role.
- Exposure to CRM platforms or business software applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.

Preferred
- Experience working with international clients.
- Software implementation or product training experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and customer-focused approach.
