Role Overview
We are looking for a Founder's Office Associate who will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive execution across key organizational priorities. The role is focused on ensuring projects move forward, commitments are delivered on time, and critical operational, administrative, and governance processes run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to drive accountability, resolve bottlenecks, and support decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Founder's Office & Coordination
· Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure key discussions happen on time.
· Track important tasks, decisions, and pending actions across teams, and follow up until they are completed.
Reviews, Reporting & Follow-ups
· Prepare reports, trackers, meeting notes, and dashboards required for leadership reviews.
· Follow up with the team for updates, highlight delays or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when required.
Administration & Compliance
· Coordinate with finance, HR, legal, and external partners to ensure contracts, documentation, approvals, and compliance activities are completed on time.
· Manage leave approvals and records of direct reportees and maintain other administrative trackers.
Payments & Financial Administration
· Process and authorize payments falling within approved budgets, including statutory payments.
· Flag any payment, invoice, or expense that is outside approved limits and route it for leadership’s approval.
Founder Support & Special Projects
· Support the leadership on projects that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
· Handle confidential information related to finance, people matters, and leadership discussions with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or related discipline.
· MBA or professional certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience:
· 4–7 years of experience in Founder's Office, Corporate Administration, or similar roles.
· Experience working closely with senior leadership teams and coordinating across multiple functions to track tasks, follow up on commitments,
and support day-to-day operations.
Technical Skills:
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office tools.
· Experience maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards, and meeting follow-ups.
· Basic understanding of budgets, vendor payments, approvals, contracts, and compliance processes.
· Good organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.

· A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with robust follow-up and coordination skills.
· Confidence to work with senior stakeholders, track commitments, and escalate issues when needed.
· Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
