Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Solid understanding of core finance concepts, including capital structure, debt instruments, and working capital management.
- Proficient in financial analysis to assess funding requirements, leverage, and transaction feasibility.
- Ability to build and interpret business models to support capital and debt advisory recommendations.
- Capability to analyze financing alternatives and evaluate their impact on balance sheet and cash flow positions.
- Working knowledge of consulting frameworks to support structured analysis in capital advisory engagements.

- Chartered Accountant

- upto 1 year
