What You Will Do Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to deliver data for leadership reviews. Develop automated dashboards and KPI reports for leadership and business reviews. Drive reporting and process automation using Microsoft Tools. Analyze trends across quality, manufacturing, supplier, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.

Support

Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.

What You Will Learn: Practical application of data analytics in a global aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline). Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience. Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.

Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience. Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications We Prefer: Internship or project experience involving data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement. Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.

Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports.



Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operations data. Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, AI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft technologies. Self-motivated individual with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.
