Associate Director - Enterprise Marketing - 11-16 Years - Mumbai Are you a strategic B2B marketing professional with strong experience in Enterprise Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Cross-functional Marketing Programs? Responsibilities

- Translate business priorities into high-impact enterprise marketing initiatives that strengthen market positioning and support business growth.
- Lead end-to-end marketing programs, from market insights and ideation through strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement.
- Develop compelling marketing narratives by connecting market trends, customer insights, and business objectives, with minimal reliance on external agencies.
- Drive enterprise positioning and go-to-market initiatives, including thought leadership, sales enablement, and strategic client engagement programs.
- Ensure execution excellence and strong program management across multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, aligning marketing priorities with broader business objectives.




- Develop impactful storytelling and marketing propositions that translate complex business and market insights into compelling communication for target audiences.
- Support business growth through strategic client engagement and sales enablement initiatives, ensuring marketing programs are aligned with commercial objectives.
- Operate with a hands-on ownership mindset, balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and leverage performance insights and business outcomes to continuously improve marketing programs and strengthen market impact.

Requirements

- 11-16 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within knowledge-intensive industries such as Financial Services, Research, or Consulting.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of B2B Marketing, Enterprise Positioning, Go-to-Market Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Sales Enablement.
- Proven ability to translate business priorities, market trends, and customer insights into compelling marketing programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, storytelling, and program management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and execution skills with a strong ownership mindset.
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Experience leading Marketing & Communications for a matrixed or multinational organization.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
