Role Description The Associate Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for supporting overall organizational strategy, performance, and growth at Healix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role involves overseeing key business functions such as finance, operations, and business planning, while working closely with the executive team to shape long-term strategic direction.

On a day-to-day basis, the Associate CEO will review financial and operational reports, drive process improvements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with company goals across research, innovation, and client delivery. The role also includes supporting sales and partnership activities,



engaging with key clients and stakeholders, and representing the organization in strategic discussions and negotiations. The Associate CEO will mentor managers, promote a collaborative and inclusive culture, and help build scalable systems and structures for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Operations Management, with experience optimizing processes and managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Strategic Planning, particularly in B2B or consulting environments.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably in technology, consulting, or innovation-focused organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- Track record of driving organizational change, scaling business operations, and achieving measurable growth targets.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
