Position Summary:

The incumbent shall be responsible for sourcing activities for Asia Pacific Business units in India, ASEAN and ANZ

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

§ Perform spend analysis, develop, and deploy category strategies for major sourcing commodities of wood and corrugation.

§ Identify savings opportunities in sourcing and implement savings projects by Negotiations, Scouting, identifying & developing recent suppliers in order to meet category sourcing diversity, supply chain sustainability objectives

§ Freight Management: For Asia Pacific regional business units manage freight life cycle involving freight RFQ's, negotiation & finalization of pricing, and freight performance management Candidate should also have the knowledge of the sea freight landscape to negotiate and enter into contracted freight rates for sea freight

§ Work with different business units in region for developing solutions for VAVE or sourcing savings and NPD
