Who are we looking for - English Language Educators, Trainers and Teachers

Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and refine test items and assessment content.
- Assemble test forms following defined specifications and measurement principles.
- Review test forms, pretests, and computer-adaptive testing (CAT) item pools.
- Support item revision by interpreting basic item performance data.
- Follow assessment standards, quality requirements, and ethical guidelines throughout the test development process.
- Participate in meetings with internal teams to support assessment development activities.
- Assist with teacher training activities and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
- Work with internal teams (psychometricians, instructional designers, editors, AI engineers) and subject matter experts to develop and evaluate assessment content.
- Participate in constructed response scoring activities in collaboration with faculty consultants and external scorers, as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of qualified experience in assessment, content development, education, or a related area.
- Strong content writing and review skills.
- Knowledge of educational standards, curriculum alignment, and assessment frameworks.
- Experience in test development, educational measurement, or applied statistics is preferred.

Reporting Structure

- Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
- Works under regular supervision of senior assessment staff.
