? We’re Hiring – Fashion Designer | Roop VatikaRoop Vatika is looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our latest fashion collections.

? Key Responsibilities

- Create new designs for Suits, Lehengas, Gowns, Indo-Western & Ethnic Wear.
- Develop sketches, mood boards, patterns, trims and colour palettes.
- Work closely with sampling, stitching and production teams to develop prototypes.
- Select fabrics, laces, embroideries and embellishments based on trends and budgets.
- Manage fittings, corrections and final finishing.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, comfortable and production-friendly.
- Coordinate with merchandising and store teams to understand customer preferences and market gaps.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research and trend forecasting.
- Approve final samples and support bulk production.
- Maintain design libraries, tech packs and production sheets.




- Handle buyer management and coordination.

- Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, embellishments and garment construction.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with production and merchandising teams.
