We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President In this role, you will:

- Lead the Liquidity Services team across multiple countries and products, ensuring effective delivery across BAU Production operations and Deployment activities (UAT/PVT).
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, governance and sign-off for UAT and Production Verification Testing for GLS current products and country/functionality rollouts.
- Establish and run the CoE operational framework: procedures, quality-check model, MI/reporting, system setup, and contingency preparedness.
- Manage release readiness via knowledge transfers and health checks for major and minor releases.
- Ensure consistent delivery against PLAs (cut-offs, quality, audit/risk, operational efficiency) across the functional line.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder partnerships across Product, PCM and IT teams regionally and locally, including senior decision makers.
- Provide people leadership:



recruit, train, develop, motivate and appraise staff; implement effective succession planning; drive process performance and continuous improvement.
- Own resilience, risk and governance: manage incidents with timely coordination/communication; design and deliver performance reporting to required standards; own financials and cost transparency via standard TOM; ensure BRCM, compliance, operational risk and audit requirements are met.

To be successful you will:
- Develop in-depth understanding of Liquidity CoE activities and strong product knowledge of Global Liquidity Solutions and related liquidity services.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Act as a change leader to drive and implement changes within Payments Business Service.
- Make difficult decisions aligned to global strategy and the broader business agenda.
- Proactively identify and prevent bottlenecks, delivering practical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate effectively across multiple HDPI functions/parties to achieve shared objectives.
- Apply analytical capability (including statistical analysis and data mining) to identify trends and insights.




- Interpret numeric data confidently with strong Excel skills; maintain attention to detail.
- Maintain a proven focus on high quality and customer service; multitask effectively; work with minimal supervision; be flexible for shift/weekend working; build relationships and learn quickly.
- Meet eligibility and application requirements: comply with performance/behaviour standards, no corrective/disciplinary action in last 6 months, submit application with current CV, inform line manager, apply by closing date, and satisfy right-to-work/local employment rules (noting terms may change via internal communication).
