Essential Hiring Skills :

- Minimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at GPO / Similar Level and should have capability to manage the entire OTC - Order to Cash, Record to Report or Purchase to Pay function with 500+ FTEs reporting directly and indirectly.

- Manage overall delivery of services within agreed SLA's & KPI's as defined. Deliver all contractual client commitment and requirements

- Attrition management and retention of key resources. Back up planning. Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance. Facilitate effective teamwork and build cooperative relationships internally and externally

- Well versed with BCP/DRP programs of the industry





- Transition Support - Play a lead role in transition of processes by bringing in shared service specific knowledge & best practices for smooth implementation and execution.

- Owner of process Transformation/Adoption of AI digital life cycle - Create a mindset of innovation aimed at constantly challenging the norm to drive business value. Responsible for ensuring a disciplined approach to operational excellence. Drive ongoing continuous improvement through LEAN/ six sigma, AI Agents opportunities with the relevant teams within all processes to improve profitability and process efficiency
