Experience: 5+ years in Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Prime LAP sales and achieve assigned business targets
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, connectors, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement




- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams
- Develop the local market and identify current business opportunities
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of sales experience

Experience in LAP / Secured Lending / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong customer relationship and market networking skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
