Qualifications

- Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., Master’s or Ph.D.) in the discipline of appointment from a recognized university, with strong academic credentials.
- Demonstrated teaching abilities, including lesson planning, classroom delivery, student engagement, and fair, transparent evaluation practices.
- Research orientation with interest in publishing academic work, participating in conferences, and contributing to projects or grants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and administrative staff.
- Familiarity with academic regulations, outcome-based education, and basic use of educational technology, LMS platforms, and productivity tools.
- Commitment to student welfare, ethical conduct, inclusive teaching practices, and continuous improvement in pedagogy.
