Role Description The Assistant Professor in E&TC; Engineering role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. The role involves delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions, designing and updating course materials, and assessing student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects.

The Assistant

Professor is expected to guide students academically, provide mentoring, and support co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities include conducting and publishing research,



participating in departmental and institute-level committees, contributing to accreditation and quality assurance processes, and engaging in curriculum development aligned with industry and academic standards. The role also requires maintaining professional development and fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning workplace.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master’s degree in E&TC;/ Electronics Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized university; Ph.D. or enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred.
- Strong foundation in the chosen specialization and ability to teach core and elective courses.
- Demonstrated teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and use of up-to-date pedagogical and e-learning tools.
- Research aptitude with the ability to undertake projects, publish in peer-reviewed journals or conferences, and contribute to departmental research activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues, guide students, and contribute to academic committees and institutional initiatives.
- Proficiency in basic educational technologies and software tools relevant to engineering education, such as productivity suites, learning management systems, and discipline-specific software.
