Role Description: The Assistant Professor in the area of Computer Science & Engineering role is a full-time, on-site position based at the GRD Uttarakhand University campus in Dehradun. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality classroom and laboratory instruction, develop course materials, and assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students academically, holding regular office hours, mentoring student research and internships, and contributing to curriculum development aligned with current industry and academic standards.

publications, and conferences, while participating in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional initiatives. Qualifications

- Advanced academic qualifications in the CSE discipline (minimum Master’s degree; PhD or equivalent preferred) and a strong foundation in subject-area expertise.
- Demonstrated teaching ability, including lesson planning, student evaluation, classroom management, and use of innovative, learner-centered pedagogies.
- Research aptitude with evidence of scholarly work such as publications, conference presentations, or ongoing research projects.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to student mentoring, academic advising, and supporting diverse learners in a non-discriminatory, inclusive environment.
