Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Professor/Faculty role based in Ahmedabad, with specialization in Finance, International Business Management, and/or International Trade. The faculty member will design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry expectations. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, developing curricula, guiding students through projects and case studies, and conducting assessments and examinations.

The role also involves academic advising, mentoring students on career pathways, and participating in departmental meetings and institutional initiatives. In addition,



the faculty member is expected to contribute to research activities, collaborate on academic and industry projects, and support continuous improvement of programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong University Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Finance, International Business Management, or International Trade.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills, including designing industry-relevant syllabi, course content, and assessment methods that support practical learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Research and Economics skills, with the ability to conduct scholarly or applied research and integrate current economic and global business trends into teaching.
- Postgraduate degree (such as MBA, M.Com, or Master’s in Finance, International Business, Economics, or related field) is required; a Ph.D. or progress toward a doctoral degree is an added advantage.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to engage diverse learners in an inclusive classroom environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders, contribute to institutional development, and adapt to innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
