Organic World is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Trainer / Retail Trainer to drive learning and development initiatives across stores. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, enhancing product knowledge, improving customer service standards, and ensuring store teams are equipped to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong retail training expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in coaching frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery &

• Development

- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new store employees.
- Deliver classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions for store staff.
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, manuals, and learning modules.
- Train employees on product knowledge, organic food categories, store operations, and customer service standards.

Store Operations Excellence
- Ensure store teams adhere to operational processes, merchandising standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coach employees on billing processes, inventory management, shrinkage control, and hygiene practices.
- Partner with Store Managers to identify skill gaps and recommend developmental interventions.

Performance & • Capability Building
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular coaching.
- Drive customer service excellence and sales capability enhancement programs.
- Support succession planning and development of high-potential store employees.

Stakeholder Management




- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Store Leadership teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure training standards are implemented consistently.
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and performance improvement metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Training, Store Operations, or Learning & • Development.

- Prior experience in grocery, FMCG, supermarket, or organized retail industry preferred.
- Solid understanding of retail operations and customer service standards.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
