Role Description The Assistant Manager Training role is a full time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves planning, organizing, and delivering training programs to internal teams and client organizations, ensuring alignment with business goals and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, designing training content, facilitating sessions, and monitoring participant performance and feedback.

Training will supervise trainers and support staff, coordinate training schedules and logistics,



and maintain training records and reports. The role also requires close collaboration with stakeholders to enhance customer experience, improve service standards, and continuously refine training methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills for designing and facilitating effective learning programs.
- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to lead training teams, manage performance, and oversee program execution.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities for conducting sessions, engaging participants, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to understand client needs, improve learner experience, and support service quality initiatives.
- Relevant experience in corporate training, learning and development, or education management, preferably in multi-industry environments.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness, use feedback and data for continuous improvement, and work efficiently in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in HR, Education, Psychology, or Management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic learning technologies (LMS platforms, virtual training tools) is desirable.
