Your Tasks

- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on achieving organizational goals.
- P&L; & Business Development:
- Accountable for profit and loss (P&L;) of the related client base
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the profitability within the designated area of responsibility.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Forecasting and Monitoring:
- Analyze market trends and customer data to forecast demand and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Harmonized Customer Experience:
- Ensure consistency and quality in the customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Medtech Market Cultivation:
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the medical technology (medtech) market.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to position the organization as a leader in the medtech industry.
- Strategic Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with MHS Global to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide input and insights to inform the strategic direction of the organization.




- Collaborate on global projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
- Allocate and manage work as described above.
- Signature authority according to TUV SUD procedure MHS Signature Rules (ID 4878).

Your Qualifications

- University degree in electrical or mechanical or medical engineering, medicine, chemistry, physics or microbiology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical device industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build association with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Ability to develop and execute plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to medical devices.
