6. Periodic Audit Support and Audit followup update must to be done
7. Daily Premises Visit Must for Existing Clients
8. Everymonth Service satisfaction feedback must to get from Clients
9. Ensure contractual obligations to customer base are met ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered.
10. Ensure the customers hygiene needs are met by pest control/ Hygiene technicians by recommending appropriate solutions
11. Supporting technicians through training, coaching and field accompaniment
12. Oversee the resourcing,



deployment and development of technician
13. Ensure the teams are complying with the latest Health & Safety, Environmental and Pesticide usage regulations
14. Ensure 100% Service Docket submission before end the month
15. Preparing Overall staffs weekly petrol conveniences
16. Monitoring service activity in Site base and Route base
17. Ensure 98% Revocation of monthly churn.
18. Ensure 99.5% Retentions in High Value Customers
19. Ensure All stock update from team.
