Assistant Manager / Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and result-oriented Operations professional who can independently manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, Purchase, Sales and other departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational tasks.
- Monitor manpower, work allocation, productivity and daily performance.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure proper closure.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and MIS.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, processes and work discipline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and service providers as required.
- Support management in planning, execution and process improvement.
- Handle urgent operational issues and provide practical solutions.




- Take ownership of overall operational efficiency and ensure targets are achieved.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–10 years in Operations / Factory / Manufacturing / Administration.
- Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.
- Solid team-handling, coordination and leadership skills.
- Should be practical, confident and capable of taking independent decisions.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-department environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
- Experience in factory/manufacturing operations will be preferred.
- Should have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
