Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for production machines and equipment. The candidate should have solid troubleshooting, maintenance planning, team management, and continuous improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.




- Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and improve equipment efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores teams.
- Supervise the maintenance team and ensure safety compliance.
- Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
