Qualification

- B.Sc. in Agriculture / Food Technol ogy / Agribusiness or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing / Agribusiness will be preferred.

Experience

- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales of food ingredients, seeds, grains, or agricultural commodities.
- Experience with food manufacturing or FMCG companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and grow B2B sales of nutritious seeds such as Chia, Flax, Millets, Corn, Soybean, Rice, etc. to food manufacturing companies.
2. Identify, prospect, and onboard new food manufacturing customers.
3. Achieve assigned revenue, sales volume, and profitability targets.
4. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to commercial closure.
5. Coordinate with R&D;, Product Development, Procurement,



and Quality teams to secure product approvals.
6. Coordinate product sampling, trials, and successful commercial conversions.
7. Develop long-term customer relationships and maximize repeat business.
8. Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling of the product portfolio.
9. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and annual supply agreements while maintaining target margins.
10. Monitor market trends and customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
