Assistant Manager - KYC

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Minimum 5+ years of total experience in KYC - Fraud & Dispute

Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling is mandatory.

Shift:NIGHT- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees handling KYC, Fraud & Dispute processes.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, SLA, and overall team performance.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in attrition and shrinkage management.
- Analyze attrition and shrinkage trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed explanations to clients/stakeholders regarding attrition, shrinkage, staffing challenges, and action plans.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of process and client issues.
- Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in KYC, Fraud & Dispute processes.
- Minimum 2 year of team handling experience with proven experience managing 30+ team members.




- Robust hands-on experience in attrition and shrinkage management is mandatory.
- Ability to analyze and confidently explain attrition/shrinkage reasons and mitigation plans to clients.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, fraud investigation, dispute management, and compliance processes.
- Strong leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
