Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee data management.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain accurate records of employee departures.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in an HR Operations role or similar function.
- Robust understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and joining formalities.
- Proficiency in managing large volumes of employee data accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
