Responsibilities
- Manages execution relating to IPOs end to end
- Supervise document preparation (DRHP/RHP) for IPO, due diligence and execution
- Supervise the execution and successful IPO closure
- Coordinate and work closely with the client and EY team on all aspects of regulatory compliance
- Liaise with intermediaries including BRLMs and Legal Counsels from deal execution perspective
- Assistance in contributing to business development by bringing in early lead and ensuring client engagement with the help of the wider team
- Responsible in ensuring risk management and compliance within EY and meeting all disclosure requirements as per law from client perspective
- To play a lead role in managing the client and third parties
- Assisting the client in the post issue formalities
- Spearheading various regulatory changes and providing recommendations on regulatory changes to EY team members
- Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration
- Chartered Accountant
- Company Secretary
Experience
- 3 Years of relevant experience
