We are hiring an experienced SAP MM Power User / Business Analyst / Functional Specialist to join a leading automotive manufacturing organization.

This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between plant operations and SAP ERP, with solid understanding of procurement, inventory, master data and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end P2P / Procurement & Inventory processes

? Work on PR, PO, MIGO, MIRO, vendor evaluation and related transactions

? Manage Material Master, BOM, Vendor Master, Info Records and Source Lists

? Identify shop-floor pain points and drive process improvements

? Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics/Dispatch and Finance teams

? Lead UAT, system testing, Change Requests and process enhancements





? Prepare SOPs and support/training for end users

? Resolve SAP transactional and cross-functional integration issues

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3–7 years of experience in automotive / discrete manufacturing

✔️ Hands-on experience as an SAP MM Power User, Business Analyst or Functional Specialist

✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP MM – ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA

✔️ Experience in inventory valuation and subcontracting

✔️ Good understanding of MRP and automotive manufacturing workflows

✔️ Exposure to integration with SAP PP, QM, SD and FICO

✔️ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Operations OR MBA in Supply Chain / Operations
