Manage and supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts. Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent guest service. Ensure food is prepared according to Popeyes quality, safety, and recipe standards.

Monitor order accuracy, service speed, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally. Assign tasks and manage staff breaks and shift responsibilities.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Monitor inventory, stock levels, waste, and product availability. Operate and manage POS/cash handling procedures accurately. Complete opening, closing, and shift-management duties as required.

Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards. Support training and onboarding of new employees. Assist the Restaurant Manager with sales, labor, and operational targets. Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to the management team.
