Role Description The Assistant Fashion Designer role at PInterview is a full-time remote position supporting fashion-focused content, training materials, and visual standards for the platform. In this role, the individual assists with developing and refining fashion design concepts, including garment silhouettes, fabric selections, and embellishments that reflect current trends and professional presentation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating style guides, preparing sample looks for interview scenarios, collaborating with senior designers and content creators,



and ensuring consistency in fashion-related materials used across online sessions.

The Assistant Fashion

Designer also contributes to research on textiles and fits, supports digital mock-ups or sketches, and helps review user-facing content to maintain high-quality, skilled fashion guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, with an understanding of contemporary trends and professional attire for various interview contexts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Textiles and Fitting, including knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and how clothing fits different body types.
- Candidates should possess skills in Embroidery and related embellishment techniques, with attention to detail and quality finishing.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in fashion design or styling.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or similar), strong visual communication, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
