Responsibilities Talent Acquisition:

- Assist Talent Acquisition lead in coordinating end-to-end recruitment for open positions (job posting to onboarding).
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle using SuccessFactors (Talent Hub), including job requisition creation, onboarding, and ARF maintenance.
- Map job codes with job descriptions accurately on SuccessFactors.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Gather interview feedback and assist hiring managers with assessment forms and candidate evaluation.
- Maintain candidate trackers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and equal employment chance laws.
- Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates regarding recruitment process,



job expectations, and company culture.
- Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in mapping and cleaning exercises.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., turnaround time) and assist in generating reports and dashboards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

General Administration

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, PMS report generation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, interview notes, and feedback.
- Create and maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Assist in compliance record maintenance and audit preparation.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition lead or HRBP team as required.
