- Educational Qualifications and Skills.

The Candidate should be a computer savvy Commerce graduate (B.Com ) and should have completed Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution / University.Preference will be given to the candidate possessing additional qualification in Taxation, Corporate Laws, Financial Management, ERP Systems, or Internal Audit or Certification in SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Power BI, or similar ERP/financial reporting systems.The candidate should possess strong analytical and financial management skills, thorough knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS and Companies Act provisions with working knowledge of IND AS , Excellent drafting and communication skills, Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, Leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and High degree of integrity, confidentiality and qualified ethics. B. Experience.The candidate should possess Minimum 8–10 years' post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation,



Audit and Compliance functions, preferably in a manufacturing organization.The candidate should possess hands on Experience in handling following matters:

- Financial accounting and finalization of accounts.

- Cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.

- GST, Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliances.

- Internal, statutory, tax and cost audits.

- Budgeting, MIS and financial reporting.

- Working capital management and Funds flow monitoring and Liquidity Management.

- Banking and DMAT operations.

- ERP-based accounting systems.

- Dealing with statutory authorities, auditors, banks and financial institutions.

- Exposure to Companies Act, Accounting Standards.

- Working knowledge of IND-AS, and corporate governance requirements.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
