· Business development of gold loan, NCD and third party products.

· Active participation for marketing activities at the locality of the branch.

· Increasing the retail customers and developing the customer base.

· To function as the representative and mouth piece of the company at the locality.

· Ensure that Proper operation systems are followed.

· Ensure the security and safety of the pledged gold, cash in protected, in hand and properties of the companies.

· Custodian of the 2nd key of the safe when posted under a BM, else Custodian of the Safe keys.

· Attend/Assist BM in all bank related transactions and issues of branch.

· Branch Administration ( Expense Management, Bookkeeping, Vault/ Cash Management, discipline etc)

· Managing customer queries.





· Developing business plans in close association with the business heads, implementing the same and achieving the desired goals.

· Verification of bills/vouchers, signing the cheques as the authorized signatory, maintain the registers updated.

· Sending notices to defaulters, follow up and recovery of overdue gold loans.

· Preparing and maintaining all documents connected to the business of the company.

· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
