Role Description The Quality Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves monitoring and improving product and process quality through inspections, testing, and data analysis.

The Quality

Engineer will design and implement quality control plans, support root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with manufacturing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits. The role also includes developing and refining quality procedures,



training team members on quality practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and optimize quality systems and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to perform inspections, testing, and monitoring of products and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop standards, procedures, and documentation that ensure consistent product performance.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Product Quality to assess, improve, and maintain quality across the product lifecycle.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Engineering or a related technical field, experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, and knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone) are beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications, and effective communication and teamwork skills are also preferred.
