The Assembler is tasked with the rework and rebuilding spindles, often without prints. This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. This is a demanding job that requires a solid mechanical aptitude, a knowledge of machine tools, constant attention to detail and the ability to perform very precise assembly work to ultra – close tolerance, the knowledge and use of computers and software is essential.
Qualification –
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical
- Engineering, with a good working knowledge of Mathematics
- Experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as
automotive engine/transmission repair work; experience in electronics,programmable controls,functions and proper bearing assembly protocol.Key Responsibilities -to time.assembly process.supervisor.off.spindle as and when required.assembly.assembly.accordingly.

- Knowledge and understanding of G. D. & T.
- Requires minimum supervision, except in areas of a unique aspect.
- Must have excellent mechanical abilities Drawings
- Able to read and understand complex Drawings and bill of materials.
- Ability to use and read precision measuring devices.
- Experience with inspection computer software and ERP systems preferred.
- To do Dismantling and Assembly of all types of spindles.
- To ensure all the parts should be properly dismantled without any damaged.
- To check all parts of spindle in tray after Spindle Cleaning and Inspection.
- To Ensure all the safety precaution during dismantling.
- To Fill up of spin track app data with all the specific details about spindle time
- To capable of solving all problems occurring during spindle dismantling and
- To ensure the spindle should be packed with all the returnable parts with
- To ready to work in emergency and on when called up in holidays / weekly
- To ready to work at customer end to resolve customer issues regarding
- To work on Surface Grinding, Balancing Machines for part rework for spindle
- To get follow up for Machine shop work for Parts Rework for spindle
- Positive Mindset, to work in disciplined manner.
- Basic knowledge of 5S activities.
- Can be able to listen properly to supervisor instruction carefully and work
- Should follow Tag line “My Spindle My Responsibility”.
- Balance shafts and rotating components.
- Inspection of component parts as needed
- Install motors into spindle housings
- Properly clean and grease pack spindle bearings.
- Enter spindle information into computer for inspection reports.
- Solder connections; install and test electronic components (If required)
- Calculate and adjust preload in bearings as required
- Operation of small machines, lathes, grinders, etc.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
