- Identifying potential content creators on various platforms & mapping them for onboarding.
- Mentoring Content Creators to aid them in making impactful professional decisions to elevate their careers further.
- Building long-lasting industry relationships and brand connections.
- Seeking opportunities to network within the Talent and Creator economy, continuously seeking Talent prospects.
- Possessing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry.
- Presenting content strategies for Talent that align with their personal brands for optimum success.
- Drafting Agreements on behalf of Talent and supporting successful negotiations.
- Managing all the queries for Talent, providing skilled support and responses.




- Embracing annual revenue targets to drive the Talent/Creators to achieve long-term success.
- Sharing progress reports with the team.

Requirements

- Good understanding of the Influencer industry, the top players, and brands and education themselves on the development of the Creator Economy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Talent and industry contacts.
- Displays persistence, authenticity, and a determined approach to work.
- Friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
