The Role

We are looking for an Art Director with a strong visual sensibility, solid graphic design craft and a hands-on approach to AI-enabled creative production.

You will conceptualise and develop visual ideas across social, digital, brand and commerce, working closely with copywriters, strategists, producers and account teams. The role requires someone who can take an idea from concept to execution and is comfortable using AI across image, motion and video creation as part of the everyday creative process.

What You Will Do

- Conceptualise and art direct campaigns, social content and digital experiences from brief to final execution.
- Own the visual craft across projects, with a strong eye for layout, typography, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
- Use AI-powered creative tools as part of the everyday creative process - from concept development and visual exploration to image generation, motion and video creation.
- Create and experiment with AI-generated visual and video content, combining AI capabilities with strong art direction and design craft to develop engaging social and digital experiences.
- Explore and build AI-enabled creative workflows that accelerate ideation, moodboarding, and production while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, producers and account teams to develop ideas that are culturally relevant, brand-right and platform-first.
- Present creative concepts and articulate the thinking behind visual ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.




- Guide junior designers and contribute with hands-on feedback to improve the quality and consistency of creative output.
- Stay on top of visual, cultural and platform trends relevant to the consumer and lifestyle space, and bring that thinking into the work.
- Ensure creative is production-ready and maintains consistency across formats, platforms and brand guidelines.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design or a similar creative role, within an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, visual storytelling and art direction across digital and social platforms.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on experience with AI creative tools, particularly AI image and video generation, with the ability to apply them as part of a practical creative workflow.
- Ability to translate concepts into compelling static, motion and video-led visual content.
- An eye for detail and the ability to take feedback, iterate and elevate creative work quickly.
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative thinking clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and other motion/video tools.
- Experience working on integrated campaigns across social, digital, commerce and brand experiences.
- Experience working with consumer, lifestyle or other high-visibility brands.
- Experience experimenting with emerging AI tools and finding practical ways to integrate them into everyday creative production.
