Roles and Responsibilities:

- Creativity: Creative designer will need to understand design and smart copy, and provide fresh approaches to creative communications. Should be able to provide creative design solutions for mainline mediums – print ad, outdoor, emailers, brochures, newsletters 2. Consistently research on new trends, shifts and opportunities in the field of creative designing

2. Provide stunning & unique visuals for all ideas

Skills required:

1. Mad skills on Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and CorelDraw. Like you got this covered with your eyes closed

A brilliant portfolio to showcase your above-mentioned mad skills
3. Strong conceptual thinking
4. An aesthetic sensibility and understanding of color type, illustration, photography, animation, print and layout techniques while designing projects
5. An ability to understand overall client brief and contribute ideas as well as design artwork
6. Creative thinking to interpret client business needs to develop the final design
7. Know online resources for conceptualising designs
8. Pay attention to detail
9. Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
10. Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
