Jio is actively looking to hire candidates for the position Area Service Manager (I&FR; -Broadband), for Haldwani, Uttarakhand

Key requirements are

- Graduation and Diploma in Engineering stream.
- Experience of 8-12 years in After sales service.

- Establish and maintain the upkeep of service centers
- Liaison with store manager and sales team for service operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction to avoid escalation of issues
- Motivate and manage team of service center and care center personnel
- Responsible and accountable for service deliverables
- Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary
- Control the flow of incoming calls for in office support of services
- Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given guidelines




- Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer calls
- Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on needs and gaps
- Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk in customers
- Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needs
