Himalayan Acoustic is an OEM and end-to-end acoustic & soundproofing solutions company. We provide customized solutions for commercial, institutional, infrastructure and other projects from understanding the client's requirement and designing the solution to manufacturing and site installation.

What You'll Do:

- Develop B2B & project sales in the assigned territory
- Identify and generate new project/business opportunities
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, EPCs & corporate clients
- Conduct client/project visits and understand technical requirements
- Present and recommend suitable acoustic/soundproofing solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle Lead Enquiry Proposal Negotiation Closure
- Coordinate with technical, design, production & project teams
- Track upcoming projects and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Develop key accounts and generate repeat business
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in B2B / Technical / Project Sales from industries such as:

- Building Materials
- Construction / Infrastructure
- HVAC / MEP
- Engineering Products
- OEM / Manufacturing
- Architecture / Interior-related products
- Industrial Products

Key Skills: B2C & B2C Sales | Project Sales | Business Development | Technical/Solution Selling | Client Relationship Management | Architect/Consultant/Contractor Networking | Negotiation | Lead Generation | Project Mapping | Key Account Management

Government projects / GeM / Tendering experience will be an added advantage, but is NOT mandatory.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone who can understand a client's requirement, identify the right solution and convert projects into business not just sell a standard product.

Strong communication, field-sales ability, relationship-building skills and willingness to travel are important.
