Duties and Responsibilities

- Understanding the business requirements and developing dashboards based on the requirements.
- Real-time data updation of the dashboards.
- Generating business insights based on the historical data.
- Creating strategies with an aim to improve the business performance.
- Having necessary knowledge of the business tools and software.
- Ensuring data authenticity.




- Providing raw data based on the business requirements.
- Preparing the monthly decks for the business reviews with MD.
- Inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth data flow.
- Doing root cause analysis of the data present as per the requirements.
- Ensuring automation of the data.
- Collections resolution reporting.
