Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural AutoCAD Draftsman to join our growing team at Odyssey Stones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and production-ready design documents based on design specifications, sketches, and client briefs. This role requires strong technical drafting skills, creativity, precision, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Develop 2D drawings, layouts, and patterns for stone carving, interior spaces, product design, and custom design projects
- Convert client briefs, design ideas, and sketches into production-ready artwork
- Create vector-based artworks, CAD drawings, and ornamental motifs for murals, panels, and installations
- Maintain precision in scale, detailing, and alignment for CNC and manual carving applications
- Work closely with 3D designers, render artists, and CNC programmers to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants
- Modify and revise drawings as required by project changes
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project standards
- Assist in preparing permit and tender documentation
- Collaborate with the creative team to explore new design languages, motifs, and visual directions




- Ensure designs align with the aesthetic identity and innovation standards of Odyssey Stones
- Manage multiple design projects under strict deadlines
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality control
- Support site teams with drawing clarifications when required

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in architectural drafting or design development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or Revit is a plus)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and stone applications
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills
- Experience in stone carving, decorative panels, murals, or luxury interior projects
- Familiarity with CNC production processes
- Solid creative visualization and ornamental design skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
